100% French hosting
The application and servers are hosted on Dedibox (Scaleway) infrastructure in France, in Tier III+ datacenters. The user database is hosted with Supabase France, ensuring your data never leaves French territory.
GDPR compliance
Nomad complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law. Access, rectification, erasure and portability rights are detailed in our Privacy Policy. As a client company, you remain data controller for your users' data; Ardan HOLDING acts as processor under documented instructions.
Technical security
Communications are encrypted (SSL/TLS). Backups are performed regularly and securely. Scaleway infrastructure is ISO 27001, HDS and SOC 2 certified; Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO 27001 compliant.
